Our knowledgebase provides simple, step-by-step guides for troubleshooting various technology problems. Some of these are specific to the UConn network, but many others are valid in any situation. We’ve published this information to inform you of university policies and support services available, and in the hopes that we can help you to more effectively use your computer.

If you notice the left navigation is broken down into six sections, which are the overall problems you may be encountering. For example if you have no internet and you are on a friends computer trying to troubleshoot the issue yourself you would click on the networking tab. From there it will open and give you a number of topics: UConn wireless, No Internet, VPN & Proxy, and Mansfield Apts. Clicking on No internet would then bring you to that specific page where there are various solutions to your problem. Happy hunting and remember if at any point you believe you cannot fix the issue yourself always feel free to contact us and we will help you through it.

Not all problems can be found in our knowledgebase and you will not always be able to solve your problems by the steps given. That said always contact HuskyTech if you are not sure on how to complete a step.
